Travel Information
Flights
All direct program-related expenses, with the exception of airfare, are included in your participation in the Global Road Show. We are working with Star Alliance in offering Global Road Show participants an "around the world ticket" which provides a substantial discount on all flights. In order for all attendees to have coordinated flights between cities, we have partnered with American Express Travel to assist you in booking your around the world flights. Kerstin Kilroy, our dedicated agent, is available by phone Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time as well as by e-mail or fax. She will assist you with all your airline reservations and can be contacted at the phone numbers and e-mail address below. We suggest booking your reservation no later than February 15, 2010 to take advantage of the around the world discounted fare.

You will need a visa for travel to Australia. We will ask for your passport and date of birth information as part of the registration process so that we can get your electronic Visa issues for you.
PASSPORT
You will need a passport that is valid for at least 6 months past March 18, 2010.
IMMUNIZATION
There are no specific Immunizations required for any of the cities visited on The Global Road Show. Please visit the CDC website at www.cdc.gov for additional information for the countries we are visiting.
