Introduction
Save the date for Consortium 2012, and our two companion programs The Bootcamp and the Women’s Power Lunch. These premier gatherings bring together 300+ institutional investors, endowments, fund of funds, managers and consultants with minority- and women-owned funds in a range of sectors.
The focus of the events is to spark meaningful discussions and develop new relationships between LPs and GPs. For eight years running, Consortium events have been standing-room only, providing an ideal forum for discussing current investment issues, emerging manager programs, and more.
With a theme of Showcasing What’s Ahead, it underscores our focus on new and recently launched emerging managers, as well as key industry issues relating to investing with women- and minority-owned firms. Through a mix of general sessions featuring noted thought leaders and top CIOs and breakout sessions addressing sector investment strategies and operating best practices.
Our two companion forums—The Bootcamp for emerging managers and the Women’s Power Lunch for female LPs and GPs—will precede Consortium 2012. These small group forums are rich in networking opportunities, interactive discussions and shared insights.
